SIGNING STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT

BETWEEN TTSC Co., Ltd. AND CONG ANH LAW OFFICE

On February 2, 2020, TTSC Service and Consultants Co., Ltd officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Cong Anh Law Office. The cooperation agreement will create favorable conditions for each partner to take advantage of each other's strengths and open up new development opportunities.

Accordingly, Cong Anh Law Office, leaded by Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Head of Quang Ngai Bar Association with the strength and experience in litigation will support TTSC in litigation, especially in litigation related to enterprises.

On the side of TTSC Company with strengths in the field of finance, management, business consulting will coordinate with VPLS Cong Anh to participate in business consulting activities, enterprises acquisition and merger.

TTSC and Cong Anh Law Office hope that the cooperation will open up many development opportunities for both sides and contribute a part to the development of the Vietnamese business community.
